(2) Self-collection @ Simei MRT / Simei Estate @ seller's convenience schedules then pays

(3) If not able to self-collect, then pays S$ 9.80/= incldg normal p+h and bubblewrapping or similiar ones to refrain from damages / pays S$ 13.00 incldg registered mail.
